Swim. Bike. Run.

Scott completed the MachTenn Tri-athalon in Tullahoma recently. I was so proud of him! It was a very hot day but he did great. He's going to try it agin in July in Chattanooga.

A Sad Goodbye

We have had some wonderful next door neighbors over the last 4 years. These little people have had lots of fun together! We are very sad to see them leave but know that they will have a wonderful time in their new adventure.

Piano Recital

Blake had his piano recital last evening. We were very proud of him! He is Melody's youngest student. He was nervous but he got up there. I think it was good for him!

Last Day of School

Well, here we go! Summer has started! Look at these two! They look so big.

Shellin' Peas

Last Saturday we went to the Farmer's Market. We got lots of yummy stuff but the peas were the overwhelming favorite. My children LOVE peas. They eat them raw or cooked, doesn't matter. I had to invoke the shell two eat one rule!

One More...

Blake had a birthday party at the bowling alley with his little friends. They had fun!

Treasures of the Sea

Blair's ballet recital was last week. She was an Angelfish in the production of Treasures of Sea from Classic Steps Children's School of Ballet. I thought she did a great job and she had SO much fun. She loved every minute of it! She was very excited that her family got to come and see her! She also loved the special flowers that her daddy gave her!

Spring Sing

Blair's Spring SIng was at pre-school on Monday. It was special, that in addition to Scott and me, my parents, grandmother and mother-in-law were also there to see her.

Blake's Birthday

We had a great time at Blake's birthday! Blake especially enjoyed schooling papaw on the Wii.

Darth Vader-what more can I say? Star Wars is alive at the Butcher home.

Nana made an awesome Spider Man cake for Blake!
